Teacher Collaboration with Ning

Ning is an exciting Web 2.0 tool for social networking that I think could be used effectively for teacher collaboration. It is easy to set up groups and create a discussion forum. The ease of use and convenience of 24/7 accuracy is just the thing for time stressed teachers. I was introduced to it at the NECC conference in San Antonio last week and used it there to network with other like minded folk. Now I am anxious to hear how it has been used in education or how it could be used. I started my own discussion group on Ning: elearningK12.ning.com. Please join the group!
